1.Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Conditions for Return
– The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– The item must be in the original packaging.
– You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Full Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement if:
– The item you received is broken or defective.
– You received the wrong item.
Process for Full Refunds or Replacements
Please contact us immediately at support@sarlzstore.com with your order number, name, and a
description of the issue. Attach a photo of the broken or incorrect item. We will process your request
and either provide a full refund or send you the correct item at no additional cost.
Refunds for Unsatisfied Customers
If the item is correct but you are still not satisfied with your purchase, follow these steps:
a. Take a picture of the item.
b. Email the picture, along with your order number, name, and a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction to support@sarlzstore.com.
c. Wait for our approval. Once your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
d. Send the item to the address provided. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear on your statement.
